I have been laid off week ago, after the 180 days.

Question 1 - Will there be time frame required for getting the second job? ( I read the http://immigration.about.com/library/weekly/aa012902b.htm, someone asked (#5), but Mr. Shusterman didn't answer.

Q2 - Does the new job have to be full time? Will there be trouble if I take 3 month contract job (I have EAD)?

Q3 - I have a part time job currently, teaching one class in a college, so I have another W-2 form. Since I lost my fulltime job, does that count as my "fulltime" job?

Salary and job description must match

As long as the Job Descriptiong and Salary that you are getting in your so-called part time job matches what was filed with your labor certification you should be okay.
