Is it smart and secure to travel on AP while AOS is pending based on Marriage to USC? We are planning to go on honeymoon to Europe( Italy, France, Germany..etc) for 3 weeks very soon. I am a citizen of country that require a visa to those European countries. PLease, advise me!!

Do have to go to Europe to experience the honey on the moon? Did you overstay your visa before you got married?:rolleyes: Moreover, can if you have overstayed, then how long was your overstay, because it will certainly affect your ability to return to the US after enjoy the honey in the moon (Europe).... :confused:

Run down: if you overstayed your visa by over 180 days, then you are certainly going to be denied entry back to the US. As such, you ought to be careful.
