Advise on Travel to India

Hi,

Has anyone heard about a 245i case travelling to India on AP? What are the consequences? In my case the primary is approved and has the plastic card and the secondary, the spouse is transferred to Newark and has been pending for more than 6 months now. What would happen if the secondary (spouse) travelled to India while the case is pending? Will she be allowed back and her case approved? Has anyone heard about any denials in such cases? Please let me know.

If she is subject to the 3/10 year bars then she should not leave the US under any circumstances until the I-485 is approved.
