Advise on mailing PR application

I would like to have some advise on how to send my application materials.
Is it better to send a certified mail? Priority mail? please put any of your ideas/suggestion.

Send it by FED EX it dosen\'t hurt to spend $30. So you have proof and a way to track it

Fed-Ex? These are trying times...

try US Postal Service with delivery confirmation...you can track it online...costs 1/10th of Fedex...

trust me, these days it hurts to spend $30...considering you\'re gonna wait 3+ months to hear back from the Canadian consulate.

oops...

I meant to add Priority mail w/delivery confirmation. They won\'t do delivery confirmation for regular mail...

on the other hand FedEx it, maybe that\'s why I haven\'t heard back from Buffalo!! Heh! heh!
