Need advise on Contacting Senator or Congressman

Hi,

I am finally planning to Contact Senator or Congressman to seek help with the I485 application.

Per my location, I should contact one of the following

Boxer, Barbara (Senator),
Feinstein, Dianne (Senator)
Mike Honda (who represents the 15th Congressional District of California in the U.S. House of Representatives)

Contacting which of the above is my best option.

Any experiences or procedure to contact them is very much appreciated.
