Is there anybody who can advise on this situation.

RD 11/09/01
ND 12/5/01

Old EAD expires 01/03/03
New EAD
RD 11/15/02
ND 11/23/02

After six years completed in 04/01
Requested one year H1 extension but got extension for 3 years till 04/04

If my EAD does not come through before the current one expires will it be Ok to work on H1. (According to my lawyer it is Ok)

I am working with the same employer during all this and neither I have left the country during this time.

It seems you never used EAD. So you should be OK

You got extention for H1 and it looks like you never used your EAD for working. If that is correct even if your EAD expires nothing to worry.

If you used EAD then you should get your EAD renewal by the time your current EAD expires to continue to work. But status should be OK.
