Hi,

Thanks for so precious information in this forum. I have a question: I won in dv-2008 from Asia. I wrote to US embassy about a couple of questions; but they wrote to me that "you have not any file/document here". then i wrote to KCC but they have not answer yet. Since my case number is high and I will be probabely current in the last months, is it possible that KCC has not send my file to embassy yet & waited to be announced my number & send my file after that? Please advise me: I'm so worry about missing of my file.:(

I think KCC will send your file only when your no become current, because there might be a possibility that those high nos will never get the chance of having their interview. But i personally think this year in AUG/SEP the Asian region will show current so all those high no will get their interview.
Don't be worried so much there is still plenty of time and KCC will send your file when your no become current.

I think you will be current in aug not the last month sep.

Be Patient and don't worry. Your file will be sent to American consulate of your choice or your country only when your case number is current. Meanwhile keep communicating with KCC. It takes some time to get a reply for your request. You'll get a reply sooner or later. KCC always answers all requests.
