Advise best POE on West Coast

Can someone please advise or share experience for the best POE to go on the west coast as I heard that Blaine border (washington) goes in to too much scrutiny.

Please advise favourable / less busy POE at
Washington
North Dakota
Idaho

Please recommend.
 
There's no hard and fast rule about this. In tn, your degree and corresponding tn category is all that matters.

Are you applying as an engineer? What's your educational background?
 
From my L1 interview experiences YES
Blaine seems very difficult (i sat there for approx. 3 hrs, three different officers interviewed me) did issue me my first L1B.
Then I went twice to SUMAS WA for change in company name and then L1 renewal, they were nice and very easy, asked lots of job related questions but done in one hour. Did even found 'error' in date; by laywer on renewal paperwork and still issued me the L1B extension and made a note on his copy of the paper work

call SUMAS WA post CBP Officer will even answer some of your visa queries, i had great experience, I have even asked few about TN visa myself
