Hello All,
One of my friend is moving to India for some family reason. He has a pending 485,and has the EAD and AP approved for this year. What is the best option for him to continue with his 485 even though he will be in India from now till he get his GC(If there is such an option). Should he revoke his 485 and then file again in consular processing? That may not be option as he his application date is not current. It is likely that me may join a company in India which has US presence, is there an option for him to continue with 485 with that company.
