I am trying to understand the effect of switching jobs volunatrily under AC 21 ie. if after six months, the employee leaves the GC sponsoring employer to join another company in the same capacity as mentioned in the GC application.
- The only issue that I can forsee is if the GC sponsoring employer revokes the I 140 application if the employee leaves.
- Does the new employer have to take any action?(Probable Answer: It seems that the new empolyer can remain oblivious to that fact of GC application)
- Does the GC applicant have to hire another lawyer?(Probable answer: Yes) What papers will the new lawyer need?
- Does the new applicant have to notify INS( Probable answer: Yes)
Are there any other problems that can arise ?
