Advice on PIO Application Question 13 and 14

While applying for my PIO card, I noticed that in question 13 and 14, it asks for the Passport details of my parents and spouse, along with the copy of their passports.

Since I have my old Indian passport do I still need to fill question 13 and 14 and enclose the photocopies of my parents and spouse passports. Issue is I do not have the photocopies/details of my parents passport.

Please advice.

------------- if you have Indian passport that is enough to send the copy of YOUR Indian passport to get PIO
*** on cover letter write that you dont have parents passport copies.
it is not must that every parent living in India should have passport.
