Advice on Multiple jobs

Hello all

I would appreciate any advice on this:

Is it ok to take up two jobs on EAD?

Should all the jobs be similar to the job for which labor was approved? Or is it ok if atleast one job is similar to the job for which labor was approved and that company supports GC process?

In case there is an RFE regarding employment history, should the paystubs of both the jobs be submitted?

I presume a full time job means 40 hrs per week. Can those hours be worked during the evenings and weekends for the job with the employer supporting GC?

Thanks in advance.

Absolutely. The only area where it might not be is for an EB4 religious worker, but we'll assume you're not one of those.

You'll need to have a full-time job that meets the AC21 "same or similar" category. Beyond that, any other jobs are up to you.

Depends on the RFE language. If they want all paystubs, send them all of them.

I think that would make USCIS highly suspicious, but it's not fatal in an of itself. Really, you are free to do what you want, but you should not be working in such a fashion to make USCIS question what you will be doing after the GC.
