Advice on B2

Hi Everyone!

Need some advice for applying for B-2. My wife is US citizen, she came to Dominican Republic when she was 8, she has never work in US. We've been married for 4 years. and don't want to get a resident visa right now because of the process.

I was denied before we got married. when I was 25.

What step should I take?

Yes the form will ask you if you have any relatives in the US. You need to answer that your wife lives there and is a US citizen.

Well if she lives with you outside the US then your chances are pretty decent. You need to make sure they are aware of the fact tha she lives with you, outside the US. Carry proof of her long term (permanent resident?) Dominican Republic visa.
