I'm a US citizen and I've been married for over 5 yrs now. We have one boy and another one on the way. Unfortunately my wife legal status is undocumented. My wife came here when she was and 15 she graduated from high. She has no criminal record. My wife is eligible for the policy that Obama pass a couple month ago that gives students a temporary permit. Now there's a new policy that will start on March, It prevents the spouses of a US citizen from going back to there native country to wait on a visa. So my question is it better to go with the Student policy or US citizen spouse policy (march) I hope this makes sense to everyone.
