From previous discussions here, I understand that a person who entered on I-730 visa has to send in a new asylum application if she marries. What are the specific steps?

Thanks.

Download the regular asylum application package from the BCIS site and complete the forms (but leave the substantive questions blank). Send the application to the local asylum office, NOT a service center with a cover letter stating it is a "nunc pro tunc " request. It is best to call the asylum office first. Once it gets the application, the asylum office will take things from there.

Do u mean one to get married as a I-730 beneficiary, applying for his or her spouse outside the U.S. another I-730?
