Hello to all.
Me and spouse recently became US citizens. Our parents do want to stay with us and our Indian citizens.
We do want to sponsor our parents. They are in no hurry to immigrate as they have certain commitments in India. We are looking at a 1.5 yrs time frame. Keeping this is in mind we are going through the Consular route. All have them have 10 yrs tourist visa and ave visited US a nmber of times.
Questions:
Can please somebody provide a sequence of events (Time Line) as to what forms etc will be needed?
Such as
1. Submit I-130
2.
(Of course we will file i-130 first)
What documents do we need at what stage?
