I am thinking about applying for EB-1 (or -2) based on extraordinary ability without LC or NIW. I have written quite a few papers during my training and am now serving my J-1 waiver time with a private practice group. My questions are below...
1. Is there any harm in applying for a green card simultaneously through different venues, i.e. self-petitioned EB-1/2, employment-based and green card lottery?
2. What kind of evidence would suffice to prove 'extraordinary ability'? I never won an international or national award per se. I own primary authorship in a few publications which may help. What else can I submit or include in the application to increase the chances?
Thank you for your input,
