Let me take time to appreciate what you are doing on this forums and blogs. It gives a lot of guidance to the people who are affected by the Trivalley disaster..
I was admitted into Trivalley on June 10 and I started working on CPT from then. I filed for my H1B on Nov 10, got my reciept and waiting on its approval,
After the Trivalley disaster, I stopped working and upgraded my petition to Premium,
Now reg the AR11 update, I gave the correct address where I lived during the admit to Trivalley and I am not sure if they(TVU) used the same or a fabricated one.
How ever when I filed for my H1, USCIS have the latest address on file. So i was wondering if that is same as updating the AR 11.
Since USCIS definitely have the latest address on my H1 file, Do i have to stay put or should still go update the AR11? Please advice...
