My CP interview is scheduled for early part of August at Chennai(as conveyed by the consulate). I am leaving for India in end of June, since my company is going through rough times and they wanted us to take vacation if possible(with reduced pay). At the time of interview if I show them June paycheck telling them I had to leave the country in end of June hence I don’t have July paycheck with me will they accept that or will they want to see the most current pay stub.
Second question is when I asked my human resources to issue me a notarized letter of employment, they wanted to see where in the documentation they ask for such a thing. Since I don’t have packet 4 yet, is there a place where it is stated that 2 copies of notarized letter of employment should be produced. Again if my employment letter is dated say June 30th, will it be alright at interview in august.
Thanks,

They won\'t ask for paystubs!

Don\'t worry..they won\'t ask for paystub....but you should have notrized employment letter.....that\'s it....good luck

any chance of survival ?

Hi Gurus,
My DS230 part one review was completed by NVC and sent to NWD. In the meantime I came off project after having been billable 4 years continuosly. The employer did not take a second to lay me off.

Is it possible for me to join other company and still keep my Green card intact same as it can be done in EAD cases ? Is there any chance of my servival ?
