I am a physician working with H1 B visa.My employer gave the adds for 3 months to apply for the labour certification.After three months the lawyer is saying that I can not apply for labour because a qualified candidate responded to the adds and I have to wait for 12 moths.I already completed three years of my H1.Is there any solution for this.
