Hello Friends,
I have advacned parole and am travelling to India on Dec'26. Is this OK to travel on Advanced Parole? I browsed the INS web site and they really scared me. Accoring to new law, there may be severe consequences if anyone trave on AP.
Is this law is illegal people? What does it mean "Out of status"? I was on Student Visa, H1 Visa and then got married with US Citizen and applied for green card. I got my EAD. Am I out of status?
