??? Advanced Parole - ANY HELP ???

Hi,
I am currently waiting for my visa number. My priority number is July 15,1999. So, I hope I'll get my visa number next month. My petition I-130 was approved. I am an unamried daughter of US citizen over 21 yrs old.

My question is:
When can I apply for Advance Parole after I submit the application I-485?
How long does it take to get the AP ( the processing time)? I would like to visit my relatives in Europe this summer.
Also, I don't have a valid I-94 form. After two extentions, the third extention was denied. I still have a valid tourist visa in my passport. Can I still depart from the US with Advance Parole? Will I have any problems with travelling back to US?

You can apply for Advance Parole along with the 485 application.

Even with AP, there are serious consequences for unlawful stay. Any stay beyond what the I-94 states (even with a valid tourist visa) will jeopardize your future GC and so, pls see legal advice.
