Advanced Parole and H1B extension beyond the 6 year

Hello folks,

I am in my 5th H1B [will hit the 6 year in next May]. I will apply for H1B extension early next year based on my I-140 approval.

If I use Advanced Parole to go abroad now, Can I still apply my future H1B extension early next year? Will there be any side effect by using the Advanced Parole.

Assume I will get the 3 year peroid extension next year, does that mean I get back to normal H1B again.

you can maintain dual status AOS/H1B. Using the advance parole will have no impact on your ability to extend your h1b.
 
h1b and advance parole

Hi,

I used advance parole during last re-entry to US and applied for H1B extension and got the approval for 3years. Now I am planning on going to India for H1b stamping and also h4 for my wife. Do you see any Issues with that? I have my 485 pending for more than 17 months.

Shouldn't be a problem H1 is dual intent anyways. Be sure to say YES to the question that asks "if an immigrant petition has been filed"
