Guys, My Advanced Parole has just been approved, but I-94 expired two years ago. Can I travel out and come back without any problem? I filed my I-485 using the (245i) in March of 2002. Please anyone with experience to share?
245(i) and AP are not a good combination. Many 245i applicants are languishing outside US inspite of having a AP. The secondary inspection is generally used to rake up the out of status date of the past...
With minimum info about your current status,
I would not recommend travel outside US until 485 approval...
Jaxen, Thanks for your advise. I have already made up my mind not to travel until I receive my 485 approval. Jaxen my question again is why did they approved my AP when they knew that I applied using 245i. Why are they doing that.
