Advance Praole Travel Question

I am currently out of country from Feb 2005, My old advance praole(Travel Document) is valid till April 20th 2005 and I have my renewal Advance Praole(Travel Document) which was approved in March 2005 and it is valid till March 2006.

I would like to return in first week of May 2005. Will there be an issue while coming back, so far I have'nt used my first travel document. And will it affect my pending 485 ?

I'm afraid that you will have problems at POE, if you use your newer AP
which was approved when you were not in US. Contact your attorney
and seek the advise.
