I have already received my AP, but I saw this posting on my company attorney's Web site and hadn't seen it mentioned elsewhere on this board, so thought I would pass on the URL for those still waiting for their travel documents.

It looks like there are several conditions (and possibly an additional fee), but it might still help some people's situations.
 
A double whammy...Though this (emergency AP) is a help, it is nothing but us AoS filers paying for the criminal inefficiency of BCIS
 
Cannot see any news on SJ AP issuance at this link - am I missing something ?

The article seems to have disappeared from the lawyer's Web site. Maybe the information was incorrect and they had to remove it.
 
Talked to Cooley & co. yesterday, they had no explanation as to why SJ and SF USCIS offices are refusing business Emergency AP.
