Advance Parolee

I am applying for I 485 , but my lawyer says that for Advance parolee
you have to file it at your own or you can go to the local INS office to get the AP, but he is willing to file EAD. I asked him to file my AP along with the other petition then he told me that AP needs lot of follow up with INS, I doubt about this. Do you guys have any info regarding this.

kick your lawyer\'s ass.....

he is just bullshitting you......you can file AP along with 485 or even after that...in order to get it from local INS....you need to provide evidence that you would be travelling in less than 3 weeks or so......there is another discussion on this board today itself..regarding this......
