M may01 Registered Users (C) Sep 30, 2003 #1 My third AP (ND march 11th,03) got approved on the 5th sept 03. Papers reached to the lawyer on 9/29/03. Hope this gives an idea to every one that paper issuing is taking more time than 14 days. By the way, getting ready for fourth EAD.
