Advance parole

Hi,

I have applied for my I-140 and planning to go back home using Advance parole once I-140 gets approved.

I have never gone back home since I receive my H1B so I don’t have H1B stamped on my passport. I studied in US and changed my status from F1 to H1B four years ago. One of the reasons I did not go home, I was afraid I might not get H1B stamped on my passport. I heard lot of story about denying H1B from back home.

Now I was wondering, is there still any risk if I go using advance parole? My special thanks to tyzh, nkm-oct23, pchandr, jhunjhun, dmn1 to answering my previous questions.

I think you can get your passport stamped in the U.S regd. H1 if you hold a degree from US college. If so send the passport to st louis. also check the timeframe within which you can or could have done this.check validity of h1 document. remember it takes 10-12 weeks to get it back after st. louis office stamps it.

hope it helps.
