I have just received my Advance Parole.
My question is that can I use this for multiple trips or only for one trip outside US?

Depends on what box you checked. There is a question on the application that asks One Trip Only or Multiple Trips.

Is there a way to find this on AP?? How will the immigration Officer know that AP is for multiple trips??

You applied for the AP. You SHOULD KNOW which box you checked... and yes, the officer will have access to his "computer system" that will tell him everything about you and your AP approval.
