I've some questions about AP.I will appreciate if someone can help me out.

(1) My wife has applied for AP but she couldn't stay until her AP got approved. Now she is in India. I'm going to send AP to her by post once it get approved. Will she able to use that or they can be problem in using that AP?
(I know that you have to wait until you get your AP approved otherwise you willl violate your AP petition. But i'm not sure whether they track this or not. What I need to know is that you can use the approved AP or not)

(2)Also if a person's H1/H4 is denied and if he has valid AP in his hands at that time then can he come back to usa with that AP?

(3) My lawyer has applied for my AP. once it is approved. where it will come? To my home address or at lawyer's address?

Gurus please reply.

---same questions has been posted 3-5 times in past and has been replied, you should go to your lawyer for the advice
1 .AP MUST be approved before departure from US, go to USCIS site and read about Advance Parole, I belive the USCIS and will go with it. Do you think USCIS or CBP officer and USCIS officer at POE are fools? they have USCIS comuter and they can check every info about you by punching your A# and will know the date when AP was approved and when you departed US, they have I-94 record and have info about departute and arrivals
2. If consulate denies H1 or H4 a person can come to US if he has valid AP THAT WAS APPROVED BEFORE THAT PERSON DEPARTED US and is still valid before he enters US

3. If lawyer has applied AP it will come to Lawyer.
*for more info you should go to your lawyer who is paid by you and seek legal advice
