Friends,
I have sent my docs to uscis today, probably they mey get by end of this week. I am planning to go to india in the middle of july. do I get my AP by that time?

if they don't stumble you should get AP by the end of next month.

I'm waiting for my AP since Nov 2003.
Have still not got it.

My Receipt Notice on my AP, sent April 5 to Nebraska Service Center, says -

"We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 440 and 470 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Is this the same as yours? Is it really taking them that 400++ days to process an AP? I included a Please Expedite request on my application, and attached my father's medical certificate (heart attack, needs bypass operation; will go to my home country to be with him during this critical times) and looks like they're still treating this as regular AP.

Thought except for VSC every other center was processing AP application received in Feb 2004???
