hI, my visa is expiring on Nov, 2004. Presently My ead and i-485 are pending. In Nov, 2004, I'm planning to go to india, but I will not have the visa and i'm not sure if i will get my documents by nov. so my question is can i apply for advance parole now itself, becuase i know it takes some time??

You should have applied AP by this time. Apply ASAP it is taking time to get AP approval. You need H1 visa stamp or Valid AP to reenter US

** as your H1 status is going to expire Nov 2004 you can file for H1 extension 6 months advance of your H1 expiry date. you are also eligible for 7th year H1 extension
