Advance Parole Vs H4

I am planning to use AP to re-enter U.S with an expired H1 stamping in Aug'04 and continue working on H1 with same employer. Recently my 140 is approved too. My spouse is having valid H4 stamping as well as AP.

Can anyone please share your thoughts which one is better at POE? (H4 or AP)

Also just want to know incase if i use AP and she uses H4 will there be any consequences later?

---- at some POE AP is stamped in diffrent room so it may be delay of 15-30 minutes, with H4 stamp you are out immidiatly
