About two months ago, I traveled with my wife on AP, while both
being H1 visa holders. We traveled on AP because we did not have valid H1 visa stamps, but had and still have valid H1 visa status. WE still have our H1 status with our employers, although
we could switch to EAD months ago.
My Question is:
Is our H1 status ok, or the AP travel disqualified the H1 validity?
Should we switch to EAD with our employers? I thought that APand H1 statusare not mutually exclusive, but I am not sure.
Someone here implied that once you travel on AP, one should switch from H1 to EAD, but I am nut sure. Please, help!
