Advance Parole RFE- have not received notice for 2 weeks

Hi,
My case status for Advance Parole application was updated on 11/07/08 saying "On November 7, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.".
Today is 11/20/2008 and i have not yet received the notice. Is this normal. Will USCIS consider this delay while considering the response time for RFE ?

I have called 1-800-375-5283 as listed on the case status, it says wait for 30 days.

Please suggest what i should do?

If you changed your address recently, mostly the RFE is sent to your old address. Check also with lawyer if any. And yes, you can not do any thing except after 30 days
