All my & my spouse paper were always files at Nebraska center.
My Green card papers were applied last year ie June 2007 to Nebraska center since my Husbands papers were filed at this center and he received his Green card last year. We live in Texas & my spouse employer was in IL that is why Nebraska was opted.

This year also i applied for my EAD renewal and Advance parole renewal (at different dates) to Nebraska center. I received acknowledgment letter for my EAD but they returned my AP application & requested me to file in Texas at, TSC, 4141 North St. Augustine Road, Dallas, TX - 75227.

I wish to know if there has been any change in the law that we need to apply for our Advance parole to the Texas center?

Please suggest what should I do now in order to keep my application simple & avoid any un-necessary question/complication.
Should I talk to USCIS before resubmission or should I go ahead & send my papers to Texas center?

I-765/131 is filed against pending I-485's based on where you live not at service center where I-485 is pending (look for where to file instructions on uscis website). If you live in Texas then file with Texas Service Center (TSC)

Just to add more past information:
My last approved Advance Parole was filled at Nebraska & current pending EAD is also filled at Nebraska.
