Hi Folks,

I would like to track Advance Parole approvals.
Please post your entries (MD,RD,ND,AP approval dates)

MD:09/14/2001
RD:09/18/2001
ND:11/14/2001
EAD: Approved on 11/25/2001 (EAD card yet to come)

Waiting for Advanced Parole approval.
 
Waiting for AP RD 09/19 ND 11/14

EAD approved on 11/28, yet to receive card.

By the way, was your EAD approval date 11/25? That happens to be a Sunday. Wonder if the INS works on Sunday!

If I check AVM message, it says EAD was approved on Nov 25 2001...

Just now my lawyer faxed the EAD approval notice to me.

The receipt date is 11/14/2001.
The notice date is 11/26/2001.

One question I wanted to ask was
Even though I filed 485/EAD/AP application together, I got all the receipts with receipt date as 09/18/2001 and notice date as 11/14/2001.

How come on the EAD approval notice the receipt date is 11/14/2001.

PS: Both my wife and I received our APs in the same envelope, unlike EAD!
