Advance Parole question

I am the primary I-485 applicant, RD : 09/06 & ND : 11/08... still waiting. My spouse's I-485 RD is 03/22 and ND is 04/10. Since her H-4 expires by 02/03, I am here to find info. about how to apply AP for her? What documents are required?

Go get a form and the s official instruction on how to apply is included. The only exception for you is that if your wife is not working, she can skip applying EAD and only apply for AP.
