Thanks for reply ginnu. I am tired of spending on this gc process. I think I should call them back on Feb 1st, instead now. What do you think? If I call them they may simply reply that my PD is not current.

you should contact USCIS or write to your Congressman or senator. I dont understand why till date you did not contact your Congressman or senator? your wife should sign the letter and your wife must contact your Congressman or senator local office.
If I would have been in your situation I would have gone to good lawyer who can get help through AILA. Regarding visa bullettin it is for Feb and at this time it is Jan.

I don't have 140 receipt number. After my gc got approved I requested all the documents to my lawyer; he asked $400. So, I didn't get it.

Find out how much he will charge just for a copy of the I-140 approval (not the whole stack of documents), and pay it. It will save you time and money in the long run.
