Advance Parole question

We applied for AP in nov 7th 2002 and got approved in May 2003 valid until May 2004.We took a trip to India in November 2003 and I returned in DEC'2003 and my wife returned by Feb 2004. In ATL airport they returned original AP document with a seal paroled until 1 year from the date of entry respectively.

My wife needs to take a trip to India. Can she uses the same document which says paroled until FEB 2005.

In the top of the parole document it says
presentation of this document prior to 05/30/2004 will authorize an immigration officer at a port of entry in the united states to permit the named bearer, whose photograph appears hereon, to enter the united states.

Should I need to apply a new parole for her or the current one is ok.

You have to have a new AP. The AP is not valid after one year from the date the AP is issued. you cannot use the AP based on the 'paroled until...date"

------ Her AP expired on 05/30/2004. She needs New AP IN hand that must be applied IN US and Approved IN US before she goes out of US.
If you are on H1 status then she can get H4 Visa based on your H1
