My I-85 is pending > 180 days. I was living in Texas, when I applied for EAD but later I used EAD to switch to new jobs.
Now I am living in Seattle, Washington. I have couple of questions file Advance Parole.
I would appreciate if you could please reply:

1. In the list of documents sent for evidence, should I be sending "I-94 and H1B Approval notice", even when I am working on EAD?
I have H1B approval till 01/2010 but since I used EAD to switch jobs, I am guessing it should not be of any use.
So should I just send copy of EAD or also attach H1B approval notice?
2. My I-485 case is in Texas Service Center as I was living in Texas at time of I-485 filing and now I am in Seattle,
so where should I send paper based Advance Parole document? USCIS web site says if you live in Washington, send to Nebraska
but I am thinking I should send it to Texas Service Center, as my I-485 case is pending at Texas Service Center.

Please advice.

1- Yes, Send Copy of EAD, I94, and H documents. More documents will not hurt, miising ones do hurt
2- Texas

You are required to file in Nebraska according to USCIS rules. However, many have applied to the service center where their I-485 is pending even if that center is not the one that serves their geographical area and had their applications accepted and processed there. Just for your information.

No, USCIS will reject your application and ask you to refile with correct SC. Direct Filing rule clearly says this and it happened to one of my friend.
