Advance Parole Problems?

a) I got my I-485 reciept,
b) I have a valid H1-B Visa
c) But did not receive the Travel Permit(AP)

I am plannig to travel to India before i get the AP, IS that fine
OR is there a Risk in doing so.

Please let me know

No risk at all I have already confirmed with my lawyer and they say there is no risk as long as I have valid h-1B visa and I don\'t use EAD for another employment.
