Advance parole online status

When I check the online status for my Advance Parole application, it shows the following message :

Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on November 14, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 450 and 480 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Is it not true that it takes around 90 days to get the Advance Parole ? Is this a standard message ?
 
it means they have recieved your application for AP and sent you the reciept, Your AP is pending for approval.
 
What I wanted to know is whether it will actually take 450 to 480 days to get the Advance Parole approved as is shown in the message ? It is an employment based application.
 
I think you filed AP with NSC and all get reciepts like it takes 450 to 480 days in reality it takes around 90 days
