Advance Parole Issue

Please advise me what to do?
I have applied for my EAD and Advance Parole through my attorney in Aug 2003. I got my EAD last month but I hav’nt receive my AP yet even they never send me the receipt notice. When my attorney inquired about my AP to USCIS they just ask to wait for 30 days it happened twice but they never reply. I don’t know how to proceed for getting my AP. should I apply for the new AP. The check has been cashed for the AP application fees but I don’t know why they never send me the receipt notice.
My center is Vermont.

see the back of ur check. u can get a copy of it from the bank. u can get the EAC number from that. then u can figure out ur case status.
