Advance Parole in Boston

Hello,

Anyone knows whether Boston INS Office issues same day Advance Parole. If they isssue it for only emergency case what type of letter (from doctor) is required to get it on the same day. Also can I know the documents I need to take and Photos.

My ND is Feb 4th RD is Jan 22nd.

I am in EAD might be travelling around November first not sure whether will get approved before that.

Any ideas, thoughts or information appreciated.

no, unless your case has been pedning for some months at VSC. or it's humantarian reason, such as your relative died

did you try for the same day parole in Boston INS? Did you get it?

did you get your AP recently? can ypu please share your experience and what documents and a sample of the letter you took with you?

Was your AP pending for more than 90 days by any chance. It just about a month since filed my AP.

Please let me know. It would be very helpful.

Last week I went to the Boston INS office for interim EAD/Parole but they didn't issue Parole however I got interim EAD. They said that I have to deal with my service center for parole. They don't issue interim parole. My parole has been pending for six months now.

I hope this helps.
