Advance Parole/I-94 expired.. can i reapply?

My 485 was applied and is pending since April'2004. I had applied advance parole and then visited India this year. I came back on Advance parole.

My Advance Parole and I-94 expired last week.

My question is

1) Can i reapply for Advance parole even though my current advance parole and I-94 has expired?

2) Am I out of status because my Advance Parole and I-94 expired last week.

So long as your I-485 is pending, yes.

Your pending I-485 keeps you in status. Don't worry.
