I guess, you can go to your local USCIS office and apply for AP. Remember, this should be the case only for urgent cases with a valid reason. Not that I want to discourage you, but, I assume one cannot do this if AP approval is already in pending status. Make sure that you double check this with your immigration lawyer or local USCIS office when you go there.
I think they should be able to guide you.

i submitted the advance parole online...so there is no way to contact lawyer...i was hoping it is going to be easy...infact uscis is unpredicatable (as everyone already know)....i applied for my AP a month later and i got it 1 month back...but my wife's AP still lies in uncertainity...

The time-frame for these type of application to get approved is anywhere from 30 to 120 days. I'd go ahead and fix up an appointment in the local office. I would find if informative atleast to find out my options once I reach there. Now, I'd do this only if I need this on an urgent basis.

You may try to apply one more time for AP for your wife. It might sound illogical. But, that is the only way to understand the illogical behavior of USCIS.
