My parents have GC and they want to go back to India and stay for more than a year. They will be leaving around end of Jan 2009 and my questions is, when do I have to apply for their adv. parole? Can I do it now or should I do it on Jan 2009 beginning? How much time does it take to receive after applying?. Is it okay if we receive their AP when they are not here?. Thanks in advance.
