Hi guys,

When we are on non-immigrant visa, and enter the US, we fill a form for our I94s. Now if we are entering US with an Advance Parole, do we still have to fill this form , or is there is some other procedure ?

I mean, for questions like :
How long do you plan to live in the US, what should one answer ?
Also my wife worked a few months, then left her job , and is now entering using advance parole. Can she still write "housewife" in the present occupation question ?

Thanks for any feedback.

Yes I94...

1. Until expiry of AP or extensions (you can also leave it blank)
2. She can write whatever she wants. Her occupation is of little interest to INS while she is on AP (EAD).
